Company formation
Incorporation in sixty-eight jurisdictions, through a local correspondent or our team.
Updated on 29 October 2026 · Published under the responsibility of Jason Pivron, director · Who we are
Company formation: prices by jurisdiction
Starting prices excluding tax, government fees included.
What the service covers
- Choice of jurisdiction, legal form and, in the UAE, free zone.
- Drafting of articles and shareholders' agreement, filing with the competent registry.
- Delivery of the complete corporate file, in original and digital copy.
- Substance file prepared before incorporation, not after.
What we tell you before we start
We only incorporate once we have verified that the activity is bankable in the jurisdiction envisaged. A company without an account is a receipt, not a business.
How a company formation runs
Five steps, in the same order everywhere: scoping and identity checks, name reservation, filing and registration, delivery of the corporate file, then the bank file. The wording of each step depends on the group the jurisdiction belongs to.
International place of incorporation (35)
- Scoping and identity verificationWe build your client due diligence file and check that the activity can be incorporated and banked in this jurisdiction. This is where we say no, if need be.
- Name reservationThe registered agent checks availability with the registry and reserves the chosen name.
- Filing and incorporationArticles, memorandum and director appointments are filed. The certificate of incorporation is issued.
- Delivery of the corporate fileCertificate of incorporation, articles, register of members, share certificates and minutes of incorporation, in original and digital copy.
- Account openingBanking file prepared and presented to the target institutions. The timetable depends on the bank, never on us.
Angola, Anguilla, Bahamas, Belize, British Virgin Islands, Burkina Faso, Cayman Islands, Congo-Brazzaville, Curaçao, DR Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Guernsey, Guinea, Isle of Man, Ivory Coast, Jersey, Kazakhstan (AIFC), Kenya, Mali, Marshall Islands, Nevis, Nigeria, Panama, Rwanda, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Samoa, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Togo, Vanuatu
European company (15)
- Scoping and identity verificationClient due diligence file, validation of the activity against local requirements and your original position.
- Drafting the articlesArticles adapted to your activity and capital split, reviewed with our local correspondent.
- Signature and capital depositSignature before a notary where the form requires it, then deposit of share capital into a blocked bank account in the name of the company being formed.
- RegistrationFiling with the companies registry, obtaining the identification number and, where applicable, the VAT number.
- Account opening and start-upBanking file, accounting subscription, first-year filing calendar.
Andorra, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Ireland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Türkiye, United Kingdom
US structure (5)
- Scoping and identity verificationWe check in particular that your activity does not create a US taxable establishment, which would change the whole reasoning.
- State filingFiling the articles of organization, appointing the registered agent and address.
- Operating agreementDrafting the internal agreement: split, governance, distributions, exit.
- Obtaining the EINApplying for the federal tax identification number with the IRS, without a US social security number.
- Account and filing obligationsSupported fintech account opening, then filing Form 5472 and the pro forma 1120 for the first year.
Canada · Ontario, Canada · Quebec, Delaware, Florida, Wyoming and New Mexico
Swiss company (1)
- Scoping and choice of cantonThe canton determines your real tax burden, from 11.9 to 21 %. That choice comes before everything else.
- Building the fileArticles, deed of incorporation, appointment of the resident director with signing authority.
- Capital depositCHF 20,000 for a Sàrl, CHF 100,000 for an SA, into a blocked bank account in the name of the company being formed. That capital belongs to you and reverts to the company.
- Notarial deed and registrySignature before a notary, then entry in the commercial register and publication in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce.
- Start-upVAT registration if the threshold is met, social security registrations, opening the operating account, fiduciary subscription.
Gulf licence (4)
- Scoping and choice of zoneThe zone determines your permitted activities, visa quota, office requirement and renewal cost. An error here forces a full rebuild.
- Name reservation and initial approvalFiling the trade name and obtaining the zone authority's prior approval.
- Licence issueSigning the articles, paying government fees, issue of the licence and establishment card.
- Visa and identityVisa quota, entry under establishment visa, medical examination, biometrics and issue of the local identity card.

Choosing the jurisdiction: four criteria
- Capital: the minimum the law requires, sometimes to be paid in before registration, sometimes not at all.
- Timeline: the registration time once the file is complete; the bank account comes after, on the bank's own schedule.
- Tax: the corporate rate shown on each page, with its source and date; it depends on where the company is actually managed, and is checked for your case.
- Substance: what the jurisdiction expects on the ground — local director, office, staff — for the company to be recognised as based there.
