Sixty-eight jurisdictions, all deliverable.
We incorporate in all sixty-eight, through a local correspondent or our own team depending on the territory. Each one has its page here — legal form, capital, taxation, timeline, dated, every tax rate with its source; banking and substance assessed for thirty-seven of them — and thirty-four carry published starting prices. For the others the price is settled during the call: it depends on the constraint you bring, and quoting it before knowing that would be a number in the air.
As at 9 October 2026, the European Union lists eight territories as non-cooperative for tax purposes: American Samoa, Anguilla, Guam, Palau, Russia, the Turks and Caicos Islands, the US Virgin Islands and Vanuatu. A company incorporated in one of them triggers defensive measures with most European counterparties — increased withholding, non-deductibility of payments, enhanced reporting — and makes opening a bank account very hard. We incorporate there only where a genuine operational reason justifies it, and never without setting out in writing what it entails. The list is revised twice a year: Panama and Viet Nam were removed on 9 October 2026.
Every jurisdiction on this list is open today. A jurisdiction that is not listed can be studied on request.
Orders of magnitude as at 21 September 2026, intended to frame a first conversation. Rates, thresholds, exemption regimes and substance requirements change frequently and depend on your shareholding, your activity and your residence: every file is costed and validated by a licensed adviser in the jurisdiction concerned before any commitment.
Where these figures come from
Recorded on 21 September 2026, jurisdiction by jurisdiction. Rates and thresholds move, and they depend on your shareholding, your activity and your residence: we revalidate every point with a licensed adviser on the ground before committing you. That is what makes a figure quoted here still hold on the day you sign.

Thirty more places, delivered like the rest
Delivered like the others, through a local correspondent or our team, with the same page: services, starting prices and a dated review — legal form, capital, tax, registry, timeline — each value with its source; whatever no source establishes stays marked "not established".
What this page does not say, and why
A jurisdiction's legal and tax characteristics change several times a year, and depend on your ownership, your activity and your residence. For these thirty places, the page carries a dated review of published sources, each one cited, not a check by an adviser on the ground: a source that is not official is marked "to be checked", a value that could not be found stays empty rather than wrong. Banking access is not reviewed: it is settled on the call, for your profile.
- The legal form chosen and the capital required.
- The real incorporation timeline, which depends on an authority and is never a promise.
- The tax regime that applies to your case, not the rate printed in the country's brochure.
- Actual banking access, which is where most arrangements fail.
- The substance requirement, and what it costs to hold each year.
Prices of the extended catalogue, by grid
Starting prices excluding tax, government fees included.
Firm price after the call: several shareholders, indirect ownership or a regulated activity change it.
