What the service covers
- Appointment of a resident representative, registered under their own name.

In practice
In some countries, a foreign company, or a company whose directors do not live there, must appoint a local representative: they receive official documents, deal with the authorities and sign certain returns. Their name appears on the register, and they answer for what they sign. The mandate sets out what they may do alone and what needs your consent. Changing representative means filing the change with the registry before the previous one stops acting.

A representative is not a nominee. They are identified on the register and answerable for what they sign. We do not supply front men, whatever the price offered.
