Why the file matters more than the bank
The bank is the real bottleneck of an international structure. Without a coherent substance file — activity, clients, flows, address, director — the account is refused, or closed at the first review.
The decision belongs to the bank alone. What we bill is the preparation of the file and its presentation to suitable institutions, not a promised opening.
