Hosting and technical providers
The public website aquasands.net is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., San Francisco, United States. It is made of files served as they are: it neither receives nor keeps the data you enter.
Requests sent from the site, the client area and uploaded documents are received and stored on our server, rented from Infomaniak in Switzerland. The domain name and its DNS zone are managed at Infomaniak; the site's code is kept on GitHub. These are separate functions: other data recipients are described in the privacy notice.
Services
AquaSands provides administrative assistance and international coordination under a signed engagement. Local providers may perform some tasks and are selected internally. The website is not individual legal or tax advice or an investment recommendation. Regulated services are reserved to authorised professionals, identified and engaged separately when the law requires it.
