Starting prices, excluding tax, for a standard file. Government fees are rebilled at cost, with receipts and no commission. The firm price is set after the scoping call, once your situation is known.
A real file departs from these amounts: a structure with several shareholders, indirect ownership or a regulated activity is not costed like a standard file.
What this page does not say, and why
A jurisdiction's legal and tax characteristics change several times a year, and depend on your ownership, your activity and your residence. We publish them only once they are verified with a licensed adviser on the ground and dated. That is not the case here, and we prefer an empty field to a wrong figure.

- A valid passport for each shareholder and each director.
- Proof of address less than three months old.
- A description of the activity, the clients and the expected flows.
- Evidence of the source of funds, verified against an independent document from medium risk upwards.
- A signed beneficial-owner form.
