Every company is legally required to have a registered office in its jurisdiction of incorporation. We provide one wherever we incorporate, at four service levels. The gap between the Seychelles and Switzerland is considerable, because what is provided bears no comparison: a registered agent on one side, a resident director and premises on the other.
Registered office
The official address on the register, the one that appears on your articles and legal documents. Receipt of official mail and administrative notices. This is the legal minimum.
Registered office and mail handling
Level 1, plus opening and scanning of your mail within one business day, monthly physical forwarding to the address of your choice, and an immediate alert on any administrative or judicial notice.
Virtual office
Level 2, plus a local telephone number answered in your company's name during local business hours, message relay, and a meeting room on request where we have one.
Physical office
A dedicated desk or a closed office, with a lease in your name. Mandatory in certain UAE free zones depending on your visa quota, and the only credible option where regulation demands genuine presence.
An address is not substance. In most jurisdictions a registered office satisfies the formal seat requirement — and nothing more. It protects neither against recharacterisation by place of effective management, nor against the economic substance rules that now apply in the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Mauritius or Labuan, nor against refusal by a bank that recognises the building on the map. Every jurisdiction page states explicitly whether the address is enough, whether it is necessary but insufficient, or whether regulation requires real premises and local staff. We sell registered offices. We do not sell the illusion that a mailbox makes a business.
