• Valid passport of each shareholder and director, certified true
• Proof of address less than three months old, in your name
• CV or written description of the activity and its flows
• Proof of source of funds: accounts, tax assessment or bank statement
• Three proposed company names, in order of preference

How it runs

1. Scoping and identity verificationWe build your client due diligence file and check that the activity can be incorporated and banked in this jurisdiction. This is where we say no, if need be.
2. Name reservationThe registered agent checks availability with the registry and reserves the chosen name.
3. Filing and incorporationArticles, memorandum and director appointments are filed. The certificate of incorporation is issued.
4. Delivery of the corporate fileCertificate of incorporation, articles, register of members, share certificates and minutes of incorporation, in original and digital copy.
5. Account openingBanking file prepared and presented to the target institutions. The timetable depends on the bank, never on us.
