The contracting entity
All our services are contracted and billed by AquaSands under a written contract: a firm quote before signature, government fees rebilled at cost, and an identified, verifiable remedy. The contracting company, its registered office and its registration are set out in the legal notice.
Each jurisdiction's government fees are committed with your written approval and rebilled to the cent, with receipts. We take no commission on them.
Our correspondents
In some jurisdictions, the file is executed by a local correspondent — an agent, a lawyer or a fiduciary — with whom we hold a price and timeline agreement. In the others, our own team runs it. Either way, we remain your contact and answer for the file.
Who executes — a local correspondent or our team — is stated in the feasibility file, before any signature. You know who executes before you pay.
What we do not claim
We display no industry award, no satisfaction rate, no client count: those signals can be bought, and nobody can check them. We would rather publish our prices, our method and the scope of what we refuse — the only items a prospect can verify unaided.
